On May 12, the Mayor of Tsukuba, Mr. Kenichi Ichihara, visited Tsukuba International School. The mayor took the time to visit every class and made comments on the teaching styles and unique learning environment.

The Senior Vice Minister of the Ministry of the Environment of Japan, Mr. Masayoshi Yoshino, visited Tsukuba International School today.

University of Tsukuba Researcher Talks about Bees

Today we had a visit from a researcher from the University of Tsukuba. She talked to our students about bees and wasps. In particular, she told us about the bee dance. Our students had many questions for her.
