Tsukuba International School moved to a new, permanent location on April 7, 2008. This move represents an important phase in the history of the school, as the new location allows us the space to grow and thrive while fulfilling our goal of providing a high quality English-based educational opportunity for students in the Tsukuba area.
Our new facilities include three classrooms, a computer room, a multipurpose hall, and a large playing field for the children’s sports activities.
The move itself took place on April 4th and we were able to hold classes from April 7. The first week of school at the new location was given the theme of “Orientation and Art Week”. The children were introduced to their new surroundings and given a chance to enjoy art and music projects throughout the week. Please see our article on Orientation and Art Week for more information.
Our new address is:
Kamigo 7846-1
Tsukuba, Ibaraki, JAPAN 300-2645
Our phone number has also changed to 029-886-5447.
The school’s email address and website have not changed.
